气象航报分检传输系统的设计与实现

The System's Design and Realization of Meteorological Aviation Telegram Sorting and Transmission

通过分析气象航空报文(简称为航报)格式,利用Microsoft Visual basic6.0(简称为VB)编程实现对各县气象台站上传的气象航报进行全自动定时检测、分析,然后重新打包生成新的、某航空公司需要的气象台站航报,再通过FTP或局域网形式自动传输给相应的航空公司。在无人值守的情况下可以实现航报分检、打包、传送的工作,极大的减轻了业务人员工作强度,避免了人工分检航报的出错率。

In this paper, by analyzing the meteorological aviation telegram format, Using Microsoft Visual basic6.0 programming （VB） to achieve automatic timing detection, analysis, in view of the various counties upload meteoro- logical navigation, meteorological offices and stations and then re-packaged to generate new which needs for airlines reported meteorological stations, through FTP or LAN automatically transferred to the airlines. It can realize naviga- tion, points inspection, packaging, transport in the case of unattended condition, greatly reducing the work intensity of business personnel, avoids the manual sorting navigation reported error rate.
