摘要
老年慢性肺心病并发多脏器衰竭104例,死亡56例,病死率53.8%.所有病例均有呼吸道感染,心衰(93%),呼衰(91%),低渗血症发生率为60%。4个器官或以上受累者全部死亡。
104 cases of chronic cor pulmonale with multiple organ failure(MOF)in the elderly were treated during five years.56 cases died.The rate of mortality was 53.8%.The rate of mortality complicated with gastric bleeding was very high.All of the patients with 4 organs involvement died.The related factors of MOF were infection,endotoxin,blood hypoosmotic pressure,low perfusion,micro-circulation blockage,and immunological insufficiency.It suggests that active prevention and appropriate treatment of the previously mentioned factors causing MOF are of prime importance in order to bring down the mortality.It is also important that MOF's patients are treated by nutrition and supportive measures.
