治疗严重哮喘的潜在新方法
摘要
哮喘为一种慢性疾病，其特点是呼吸道持续出现炎症，吸入中等剂量的糖皮质激素可使大多数患者病情得到控制。然而，最大剂量的甾体药物对严重哮喘患者的疗效也甚微。由于失控的哮喘症状频繁出现，严重哮喘患者的生活质量及医疗费用受到了极大的影响。揭开患者对糖皮质激素产生耐药的机制之谜，是寻找高效治疗哮喘方法的关键。
