自血疗法对工业职业性皮肤病的疗效和安全性观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect and safety of auto-blood therapy in the industry-occupational dermatosis

目的观察自血疗法对工业职业性皮肤病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 103例工业职业性皮肤病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予西替利嗪、赛庚啶,同时予自血疗法,10次为1疗程。对照组予西替利嗪和赛庚啶。在治疗开始后的1、2、3个月进行追踪观察。结果治疗后2、3个月,治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为89.5%和25.0%、89.5%和18.0%,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.01)。结论常规抗过敏治疗配合自血疗法能有效改善工业职业皮肤病的疗效及后期持久性发作,不良反应轻微,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of auto-blood therapy in the industryoccupational dermatosis. Methods 103 patients with industry-occupational dermatosis were randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group received cetirizine, cyproheptadine and auto-blood therapy, and the control group treated with cetirizine and cyproheptadine. The follow-up visit was carried out at 1 - 3 months after treatment. Results Compared to the control group （25.0% and 18.0% ） ,the clinical cure rates in the treatment group reached to 89.5% and 89.5% after two and three months, respectively. The statistical difference was significant in the two groups. Conclusion Auto-blood therapy can help promote the therapeutic effect and safety in the treatment of industry-occupational dermatosis.
