摘要
PDCA循环是能使任何一项活动有效进行的一种合乎逻辑的工作程序,是一种有效的医学管理手段,而循证医学的核心思想在于利用当前所能获得的最佳临床研究证据指导临床医疗决策。我们将两者巧妙的结合,用于指导口腔正畸的诊疗过程,包括具体临床病例资料的收集、方案的制定等方面,取得了理想的效果。文章将PDCA循环模式结合循证医学的临床运用和方法做一介绍,并附一临床病例加以说明。
PDCA cycle is a logical work program that effectively improve any activities and is an effective means of medical management. While the key of evidence-based medicine lie in guiding the clinical medical decision using the best research evidence currently available. We skillfully combined the two ways to direct orthodontics treatment process, inclu- ding clinical data collection,program-made, and achieved the desired effect. The article introduced the method of PDCA cy- cle combined with evidence-based medicine and clinical anolieation, aceomnonied hv an illustrated clinical ease.
