2010-2012年新疆生产建设兵团第八师艾滋病筛查实验室质量考核情况分析

The Analysis on the Score of evaluation of AIDS labs in No. 8 Divison, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,2010- 2012

目的:了解新疆生产建设兵团第八师艾滋病筛查实验室的检测能力和实验室现状,加强第八师艾滋病实验检测的质量控制和规范化管理。方法:向全师所有艾滋病筛查实验室发放考核样品,在一定时间内提供检测结果。采用趋势、秩和检验分析逐年参加实验室考核情况及考核成绩。结果:2010-2012年,艾滋病筛查实验室考核参加率分别为75.00%,90.90%和96%,呈现增加趋势(趋势χ2=4.436,P=0.035)。2010-2012年,考核成绩逐年有所提高。2010-2012年实验室考核平均成绩分别为80.56±3.24,91.72±3.96,92.66±4.03,三年艾滋病实验室考核成绩差异有统计学意义(F=73.527,P<0.001),三年来实验室总体考核成绩逐渐增高。从考核等级来看,未见考核成绩等级差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.156,P=0.457)。结论:第八师艾滋病筛查实验室的能力逐渐提高,为第八师艾滋病的综合防治工作提供了可靠的技术保障,今后应进一步加强检测技术培训力度。

Objective：To understand the ability of the AIDS labs in No. 8 Division, Xinjiang Production and Construc- tion Corps（XPCC） ,2010 -2012, so as to provide the suggestions for the lab management. Methods： The restdts of the quality evaluation samples from all the labs after assigning to them the samples were compared to assess the quality of the labs. The trend chi square test and nonparametric tests were used in the analysis. Results：The attending rate of the labs in 2 2010 -2012 were 75.00% ,90.90% and 96% respectively, it showed the increasing trend gradually year by year（ trend X2 =4.436,P =0.035）. The average score of the labs were 80.56 ＋3.24,91.72 ＋3.96,92.66＋4.03 respectively. The av- erage scores of the 3 years were significantly different （ F = 73. 527, P 〈 0.001 ）, and the scores increased significantly from 2010 to 2012. There were no significant difference among the evaluation ranks of the years 2010 -2012（ X2 = 1. 156 ,P =0. 457 ）. Conclusion：The ability of No. 8 Division increased significantly and it would be helpful to the prevention of AIDS. The training word should be enhanced in the future.
