肺高压大鼠血浆中ET、ANP和CGRP含量变化的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨肺动脉高压对血管活性因子水平的影响 ,本文应用放射免疫分析法 ,分组 ( 1- 5周 )测定 50只大鼠在形成肺高压过程中 ,血浆内皮素 (ET)、心钠素 (ANP)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的水平。结果显示 :肺高压大鼠血浆中ET、ANP水平均高于正常对照组 ,而CGRP水平低于正常对照组 ;分组比较 ,ET、ANP随着肺高压的发展而逐渐升高 ,CGRP则逐渐降低 ,统计学分析有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,表明肺高压的发生和发展与血浆中的血管活性因子ET和ANP存在着正相关关系 ,与CGRP存在着负相关关系。 To study the effect of pulmonary hypertension(PH)on vasoactive factors, ET, ANP and CGRP in plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay in 50 rats by different groups (1-5 weeks) during the course of forming pulmonary hypertension. Results showed that ET and ANP in plasma were significantly higher in PH rats than those in control, CGRP in plasma was lower than those in contorl( P <0.05),and there was positive correlation between the forming and developing of PH and plasma concentrations of ET and ANP, and negative correlation between the forming and developing of PH and CGRP.
