摘要 目的:观察环氧化酶2(Cox-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在翼状胬肉组织中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:观察Cox-2和VEGF在各组组织中的表达情况。结果:静止期翼状胬肉、进展期翼状胬肉、复发性翼状胬肉组织中的Cox-2、VEGF表达水平依次明显增高(P<0.01),且各种翼状胬肉组织中的Cox-2、VEGF表达水平均明显高于正常结膜组织(P<0.01);经Spearman方法进行相关性分析,Cox-2表达水平和VEGF表达水平呈正相关性关系(r=0.752,P<0.05)。结论:Cox-2、VEGF均参与翼状胬肉的形成、发展等过程。 Objective:To observe the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (Cox-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in pterygium tissues and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:Cox-2 and VEGF in tissues of each group were observed. Results:The expression levels of Cox-2, VEGF in the tissue from pterygium in resting phase, pterygium in aggressive-phase and recurrent pterygium were significantly increased in order (P〈0.01);moreover, the expression levels of Cox-2, VEGF in the various pterygium tissues were significantly higher than those in normal conjunctival tissues (P〈0.01);By Spearman correlation analysis, the relationship between the expression levels of Cox-2 and that of VEGF were positively correlated (r=0.752, P〈0.05). Conclusion:Cox-2 and VEGF were involved in formation and development of pterygium.
