刺血疗法配合丹栀逍遥散治疗PHN30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Pricking Blood Therapy and Dan Zhi Xiaoyao Powder to Treat 30 Cases of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察刺血疗法配合丹栀逍遥散对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效和安全性观察。方法:将60例PHN患者随机分为丹栀逍遥散配合刺血疗法组30例和卡马西平组30例,观察治疗前后疼痛、麻木情况、治疗后情绪的改善情况。结果:刺血疗法配合丹栀逍遥散组对PHN患者疼痛、麻木、情绪的改善情况良好,对三个观察指标的总有效率明显优于卡马西平组(P<0.05)。结论:刺血疗法配合丹栀逍遥散治疗PHN安全有效。

Objective：Observe curative effect and security of using pricking blood therapy and Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder to treat postherpetic neuralgia. Methods：Divided these 60 cases of PHN cases into pricking blood therapy group（30 cases） and carbamazepine group（30 cases） randomly, observed their pain conditions, numbness improvement and spirit improvement after treatment. Results：Pricking blood therapy and Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder has significant effect on the improvement of patients＆#39; pain, numbness and spirit, pricking blood therapy group＆#39;s overall effective rate was better than carbamazepine group＆#39;s（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：It is effective ans safe to adopt pricking blood therapy and Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder to treat postherpetic neuralgia.
