鼓室内注射曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎的疗效探讨

The Clinical Efficacy of Intratympanic Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Ambroxol Hydrochloride for Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的:探讨鼓室内注射曲安奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的140例(162耳)分泌性中耳炎患者的临床资料,其中,对照组70例(82耳)采用鼓室内注射地塞米松注射液治疗,而观察组70例(80耳)采用鼓室内注射曲安奈德与盐酸氨溴索混合液进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率达95.00%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组患者的鼓室压和语频气导听阈等改善情况也明显优于对照组患者,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德和盐酸氨溴索联合鼓室内给药治疗分泌性中耳炎具有十分显著的疗效,有利于改善患者的预后。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Intratympanic injection of triamcinolone acetonide and ambroxol hydrochloride for treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods：140 patients （162 ears） with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups, including the control group of 70 patients （82 ears） with intratympanic dexamethasone injection for treatment and the observation group of70 cases （80 ears treatment） with intratympanic injection of triamcinolone acetonide and ambroxol hydrochloride mixture, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the tympanic pressure and language frequency air conduction hearing threshold of the observation group patients were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Intratympanic injection of triamcinolone acetonide and ambroxol hydrochloride for treatment of secretory otitis media has a very significant effect, which will help to improve the prognosis of patients.
