丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉泵注对于无痛人工流产妇的认知功能影响研究

Propofol Combined Fentanyl Vein Pump Note for Painless Artificial Flow Maternity Influence Cognitive Function Research

目的:丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉泵注对于无痛人工流产妇的认知功能影响,分析其临床应用价值。方法:在本院进行无痛人流手术的96例妇女,随机分为两组,对照组给予丙泊酚,观察组采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉泵注,对两组妇女的镇痛效果、认知功能进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组妇女的镇痛有效率分别为97.9%(47/48)和70.8%(34/48),观察组镇痛有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的定向力、记忆能力及计算能力的测试结果好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组妇女宫颈扩张有效率分别为93.8%(45/48)和66.7%(32/48),观察组妇女宫颈扩张有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉泵注对于无痛人流妇女的镇痛效果较好,能够有效地软化宫颈,对妇女的认知功能具有一定的改善作用。

Objective：To investment the propofol combined fentanyl vein pump note for painless artificial flow maternity influence cognitive function, and analyzed its clinical application value. Methods：In our hospital in the stream of people surgery painlessly of 96 cases of women, randomly divided into two groups：control group were given propofol, the observation group were given propofol combined fentanyl vein pump note, compared women＆#39;s analgesic effect, cognitive function and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results：The women＆#39;s analgesic effective rate of observation group and control group were 97.9%（47/48） and 70.8%（34/48）, the observation was higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）;the directional force, memory and computing power test results of observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）;The observation group and the control group women cervical expansion effective rate was 93.8%（45/48） and 66.7%（32/48）, the observation group women cervical expansion efficiency higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The propofol combined fentanyl vein pump note for painless abortions women＆#39;s analgesic effect is good, can effectively softening cervical, the women＆#39;s cognitive function has a certain improvement action.
