摘要
目的:研究狗下颌骨中β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)对多效蛋白(pleiotrophin,PTN)基因表达的影响。方法:将β-TCP植入比格犬下颌骨前磨牙区人造骨缺损中,用RT-PCR法观察4、7、14天时植入区多效蛋白mRNA的表达。结果:与对照组相比,β-TCP组多效蛋白的mRNA电泳条带明显增强。结论:β-TCP增强了狗下颌骨中多效蛋白的基因表达。
Objective:The purpose of present study is to investigate the influence ofβ-TCP on pleiotrophin (PTN) gene expression in dog mandible. Methods:β-TCP were implanted into the artificial osseous defects for 4, 7, and 14 days, and RT-PCR was performed to determine the mRNA levels of PTN. Results:The PTN mRNA levels were significantly increased by β-TCP on day 4, 7 and 14. Conclusion:β-TCP stimulates PTN gene expression in dog mandible.
