氨甲喋呤治疗异位妊娠两种方案的临床疗效比较

Clinical Curative Effect Comparison of Methotrexate Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy Two Kinds of Schemes

目的:探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)单次与分次注射在异位妊娠保守治疗中的不同效果。方法:异位妊娠并可以药物保守治疗的患者38例,随机分成两组,分别采用MTX单次与分次注射。结果:单次组的成功率为85.00%,血β-HCG转阴时间(22.7±5.6)天,平均住院天数12.7天。多次组的成功率为88.89%,血β-HCG转阴时间(14.3±1.8)天,平均住院天数8.5天。两组比较,成功率无显著差异(P>0.05),血β-HCG转阴时间、平均住院天数有显著差异(<0.05)。结论:氨甲喋呤单次组保守治疗异位妊娠更安全,副作用轻。

Objective：To study the methotrexate（MTX） with a single point injections in ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of different effects. Methods：The ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment and drugs in 38 patients were randomly divided into two groups, separately used the MTX single and injections. Results：The success rate of single group was 85.00%, and blood beta HCG turn time （22.7＆#177;5.6）days, the average hospitalization days, 12.7days. Multiple group success rate was 88.89%, and blood beta HCG turn time was （14.3＆#177;1.8）days, the average hospitalization days, 8.5 days. Success rate of two groups of comparison, there was no significant difference （P〈0.05）, and blood beta HCG turn time, average hospitalization days, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Methotrexate single group of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy safer, light side effects, patients willing to accept.
