HRCT Findings Analysis of Adult Pulmonary Lymphatics Fibroids Disease

目的:探讨成人肺淋巴管肌瘤病的HRCT影像学表现,便于提高诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析我院3例经病理活检证实的肺淋巴管肌瘤病CT表现,3例均行胸部常规CT及HRCT扫描。结果:常规胸部CT均可见两肺密度减低,偶见囊状影,相应水平HRCT清晰显示全肺囊状影,随病程进展,囊状影数目增多,囊壁变薄,部分融合成肺大泡或气胸。结论:肺淋巴管肌瘤病肺部改变,CT常规扫描表现为两肺密度减低,部分合并乳糜胸等肺外表现。

Objective：To study HRCT imaging findings of adult pulmonary lymphatic fibroid disease, easy to improve the diagnostic level. Methods：A retrospective analysis in June 2007 to July 2011 in 3 cases confirmed by pathological biopsy of lung fibroid disease CT manifestations of lymphatic drainage, 3 cases were performed conventional chest CT and HRCT scans. Results：As two normal chest CT lung density, occasional cystic shadow, clear display corresponding level HRCT lung cystic shadow, along with the progression, cystic shadow number increase, cystic wall thinning, partly integrated into pulmonary bullae or pneumothorax. Conclusion：Pulmonary lymphatic lung fibroid disease change, conventional CT scanning performance for two lung density, part of merger chylothorax extrapulmonary manifestations.
