贺氏针灸三通法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of He's Three Promotions of Acumoxibustion on Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察采用贺氏针灸三通法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床效果。方法:100例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分成两个组,对照组为采用西医治疗的患者共50例,实验组50例,都采用贺氏针灸三通法治疗,将两种方法疗效和各指标差异进行观察研究总结。结果:通过疗效及其各项指标比较均显示采用贺氏针灸三通法治疗的效果较之西医治疗有较为明显的优势。结论:采用三通法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛进行治疗,既能扶正祛邪,又能促进气血运行而止痛,能够达到治标又治本的双重效果,无副作用产生。

Objective：Observation of the clinical therapeutic effects of He＆#39;s three promotions of acu-moxibustion on treating postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：100 postherpetic neuralgia patients were divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients was treated with western medicine and the experimental group of 50 patients was treated with He＆#39;s three promotions of acu-moxibustion. Compare and summarize the therapeutic effects and index difference through observation and research.Results：Through the comparison of the therapeutic effects and each index,it was indicated that He＆#39;s three promotions of acu-moxibustion had obvious advantage comparing with that of western medicine.Conclusion：From the above,the application of three promotions of acu-moxibustion for treating postherpetic neuralgia can not only strengthen body resistance and eliminate evil,but also is able to promote qi and blood running,achieving the double effects of substantial and effective treatment without side effect.
