Hospital accreditation needs a new start

我国医院评审已两次叫停。应该思考以下根本性问题:把评审标准降低到发展中国家的水平;评审标准应精准与精简,不是编写医院管理大全;评审的是公立医院,不是评估营利性医院跨越式发展的业绩;是政府规划定级,不是鼓励医院争级;要看医院的硬件,更要关注院长、医生和护士的职业状态,培育公立医院的合格人员。

Hospital accreditation had been stopped twice in China. The basic questions need be thought. Firstly, it needs to downgrade accreditation standard to match the situations of developing counties. Secondly, the accreditation stand should be accuracy and concision and not a hospital management book. Thirdly, the assessment object is public hospital but not the performance of for profit hospital. Fourthly, the behavior of creating top hospital should not be encouraged. Fifthly, hospital hardware needs to be attended but hospital president, doctor and nurse＇s professional quality and training qualified staff should be more attended.
