摘要
目的:构建医疗服务市场化指数,对中国医疗服务市场化的演变趋势进行评价。方法:使用政策文献综述法,结合统计数据,构建取值范围在0-100的医疗市场化指数并开展评价。结果:中国医疗服务市场化指数从1978年的18.24上升至2011年的49.85,市场化趋势明显。结论:中国医疗服务市场化程度自1978年以来持续加深,政府主导和管制作用下降。研究所开发的医疗服务市场化指数可供今后开展监测评价使用。
Objectives：To quantitatively analyze the trend of medical marketization in China using the medical marketization index developed in this study. Methods：Literature review on government policies was used in construction the medical marketization index as well as the statistical figures in China. The index ranges from 0-100. Results：The marketization index in China ranged from 18.24 in 1978 to 49.85 in 2011. Dramatic trend could be observed for medical marketization in China. Conclusion：The medical marketization has been increased since 1978, while the government responsibility and supervision decreased in this period. The medical marketization index developed in this study could be used further to monitor and evaluate the trend of medical marketization in China.
