摘要
目的:分析医疗机构在门诊范围内开展绩效管理的基础,描述影响开展绩效管理的关键因素。方法:使用文献回顾方法对影响绩效管理的关键因素进行分析,使用调查方法对门诊绩效管理的指标进行探索性分析。结果:在门诊范围内开展绩效管理需注意9个因素的影响,包括医院战略、流程、权责、考核主体、绩效定位、宣传、信息来源、持续性、结果的应用等。将广义的绩效概念同医疗服务的特征相结合,可以在18个象限内形成指标。结论:多个部门共同承担门诊绩效管理的责任,提高被考察者的参与程度能够使其具有可持性。
Objectives: To analyze the basis for outpatient department performance appraisal and factors that influences its implementation. Method: Literature review was employed to summarize key factors in performance appraisal, survey was introduced to select items for performance appraisal. Results: 9 factors including strategy, process, liability, orientation, were vital to the implementation of performance appraisal. Generalize performance and tributes of medical care were bonded and related items were categorized in 18 quadrants. Conclusion: Cooperation among departments is important for performance appraisal and involvement of employees makes the process sustainable.
