摘要
上海中医药大学附属曙光医院立足于创建研究型中医院的战略目标,秉承"科技兴院、人才强院"的发展战略,坚持人才引进和自主培养相结合的原则,通过按需引进人才、留住引进人才,不拘一格引进学科带头人和技术骨干;同时有计划、有步骤的培养人才,使得人才梯队化、国际化、全面化,为医院发展增强后劲,并对引进人才和培养人才的难点进行了思考和探索。
With the strategy goal of creating research oriented hospital and following with the principles of developing by science and human resources, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine introduced talent such as discipline leaders and technical backbones and training human resources step by step, Initial progress has been showed such as human resources structure is more rational, international and comprehensive. The difficulties on human resources introducing and training are also discussed.
