Humanistic centered conception and strategies summarized as effectiveness utilization urban and township medical resources and integrated development have been implemented for more than 10 years in Wenling traditional Chinese medicine hospital to capture commanding height. Integrated urban and township medical resources brings patients in holidays. Human resources introduction and training improves staff＇ s quality. Differentiation development and TCM integrated medical service makes key specialty and good brand. With the above countermeasures, it has explored a new way on scientific development and has got good effectiveness.
