摘要
用 SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞株,经视黄酸(RA)、硒(Se)、RA+Se 的不同处理,发现1×10^(-6)mol/LRA 和2.5×10^(-(6))mol/LSe 的联合对细胞株生长有明显的抑制作用,生长率为40.1%;而单独应用 Se 或 RA,生长率分别为67.4%和65.2%.3~H-TdR 掺入试验也表明,掺入率由单独作用的 Se86.1%和 RA 87.5%下降到74%.瑞氏染色发现联合抑制组细胞有重分化的迹象。本文提示低浓度Se 和 RA 的联合对肿瘤细胞有显著的协同抑制作用。
A combination of retinoic acid(RA,conc.1×10^(-6)mol/L)and Selenium(Se,conc.2.5×10^(-6) mol/L)was tested with respect to the growth inhibitory action on the human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721.The cell growth was reduced to 40.1% of control as compared with 67.4% and 65.2%,respectively,for Se and RA alone.DNA synthesis test documented that the incorporation rate of^3 H-TdR to the SMMC-7721 cells was declined from Se to 86.1%,RA to 87.5% and from their combination to 74%.HE stain also observed that the cells after combined treatment had sign of redifferentiation.The above morphological and cell biological data indicated that the combination of Se and RA had a great inhibitory effect on the SMMC-7721 cells.
