移植性肉瘤小鼠血及瘤组织中抗氧化酶与电子自旋共振的观察

摘要 对移植性肉瘤(S_(180))小鼠血及瘤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及电子自旋共振(ESR)测定结果表明,S_(180)小鼠血中 SOD 为75.58±15.44mg/L,GSH-PX为13.70±4.83nmol/L,与正常对照组血中 SOD(95.16±28.01mg/L)及 GSH-PX(21.50±5.64nmol/L)比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。S_(180)小鼠血及瘤组织 ESR 测定未见信号出现。 Superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and electron spin resonance (ESR)of the blood and tumor tissues of the tumor-transplanted(S_(180))mice were determined,The re- sult showed that SOD(75.58±15.44mg/L)and GSH-PX(13.70±4.83nmol/L)in the S_(180) mice were remarkedly different from SOD(95.16±28.01mg/L)and GSH-PX(21.50±5.64nmol/L)in the normal group(P<0.01).With the tumor growing,the activity of SOD in the tumor tissue in- creased and the activity of GSH-PX decreased,which indicated that GSH-PX system was damaged. There was no signal during the determination of ESR in the blood and tumor tissues of S_(180) mice.
