Voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）has become a very important part of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）prevention and treatment in the world.VCT is helpful to reduce high-risk sexual behavior,the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases and the spread of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）.And it could also help more people accept the basic knowledge about AIDS and HIV testing,understand the relevant policies and to help HIV-infected people face life bravely.How to better play the role of the VCT will be a critical issue in AIDS epidemic control in the future.
