摘要
通过对我国大陆目前“医疗集团”组建模式和企业集团特征的对比分析 ,认为 (1)“集团”的冠名有其严密的法律和组织内涵 ,不能随便冠用。(2 )医疗集团只有以产权联结为主要纽带 ,才有其生命力。(3)根据我国大陆的医疗卫生事业性质 ,组建医疗集团宜采取政府制定规范 ,认真指导操作的非市场方式。
We comparatively analyzed the models of establishing medical group and characteristics of enterprise groups in the main land. We put forward some ideas as following: (1) name of group could not casually be used because there were strict conceptions of law and organization; (2) medical group would be active only when its main tie was based on the owernship relationship; (3)using non-market way to establish medical group under government's regulations and guideline in term of nature of health service in the main land.
