心理护理对剖宫产患者疼痛和术后并发症的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Pains and Postoperative Complications in Patients Undergoing Cesarean

目的探讨围手术期心理护理干预对剖宫产患者疼痛和术后并发症的影响。方法 70例剖宫产孕产妇随机分为干预组和对照组各35例,对照组给予一般护理,干预组在一般护理的基础上实施心理护理干预,比较2组的疼痛及术后并发症情况。结果干预组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛低于对照组(p<0.05),且术后并发症腹胀、便秘、尿潴留及感染的发病率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论对剖宫产的孕产妇在围手术期进行心理护理干预,能够降低产妇的疼痛程度和并发症的发生。

Objective To probe into the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pains and postoperative complications during the perioperative period in patients undergoing cesarean. Method 70 cases of pregnant women undergoing cesarean were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Women in the control group received ordinary nursing while those in the intervention group were given psychological nursing intervention based on the ordinary nursing, and pains and postoperative complica- tions between the two groups were compared. Results Grade Ⅱ , Ⅲ pains in the intervention group were lower than the control group （p〈0. 05）, and incidence rate of postoperative complications like abdominal distention, constipation, uroschesis and infection was lower than the control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention on pregnant women undergoing cesarean in perioperative period can decrease the level of pains and incidence of complications.
