中医外治法联合多酶片治疗小儿厌食症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Therapeutic Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Polyzyme Tablet in Treating Pediatric Anorexia

目的探讨中医外治法联合多酶片对小儿厌食症的治疗效果。方法将180例1～6岁厌食症患儿随机分为实验组和对照组，每组90例，在指导合理喂养并纠正挑食习惯的基础上，实验组采用中医外治法联合多酶片，对照组仅给予多酶片口服进行治疗。结果实验组的总有效率为95．6％，对照组为86．6％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。实验组治疗后血清锌浓度明显高于治疗前，皮下脂肪厚度也较治疗前明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。对照组的血清锌浓度及皮下脂肪厚度治疗前后均无明显改变。结论中医外治法联合多酶片治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the curative effect of external therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with polyzyme tablets in treating pediatric anorexia. Method 180 cases of children with anorexia age 1 to 6 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 90 cases in each group. Children in the experi mental group received external therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with polyzyrne tablet on the basis of instructing reasonable feeding and correcting the fussy habit about the food, while children in the control group were only given oral polyzyme tablets. Results Total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 6% while that of the control group was 86.6 %, and differences between the two groups were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Zinc level in serum of children in the experimental group after treatment was obviously higher than that before treatment, and thickness of subcutaneous fat was remarkably increased compared with that before treatment, and the differences were statistically signifieant （p〈0.05）. Zinc level in serum and thickness of subcutaneous fat of children in the control group had no remarkable change before and after treatment. Conclusion External therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with polyzyme tablets has obvious effects in treating pediatric anorexia, which is worth promoting in clinic.
