摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法选取240例小儿腹泻患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各120例。对照组采用西医治疗,实验组给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为85.8%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻效果优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating infantile diarrhea. Method 240 cases of infants with diarrhea were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 120 cases in each group. Infants in the control group were treated with western medicine while those in the experimental group received therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and curative effects between the two groups were com- pared. Results Total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0% while that of the control group was 85.8%, and the differences were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of combination of tra- ditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating infantile diarrhea is better than that of pure western medicine, so the combination therapy is worth promoting in clinic.
