摘要 扎莱普隆是一种非苯二氮类镇静催眠药，具有吸收迅速，消除快，无蓄积的特点。本文从药理特点、药代动力学、安全性、临床研究方面对扎莱普隆进行介绍。 Zaleplon is a non-benzodiazepine sedative-hypnotic. It was absorbed rapidly and eliminated quickly after oral administratoin. This paper introduced its pharmacology, property, pharmacokinetic, safety and clinical study.
