住院中风病人主要照顾者负荷

A Study on Burden and Factors Affecting Caretakers of Apoplexy In-patients

为了解主要照顾者的负荷情况 ,并探讨影响负荷的主要因素 ,对 5 0例住院中风病人的主要照顾者进行调查。结果显示 :中风病人的主要照顾者中 6 0 %为配偶 ,且年龄较大 ,知识水平偏低 ,使其身体、心理、社交方面的负荷增大。同时发现雇用者身体及心理压力明显低于家属 ,但两者社交负荷无差异。临床护理人员应给予住院病人主要照顾者一定的协助及指导 ,减轻家属的压力 ,使主要照顾者能有效地承担起照顾责任。

Investigated caretakers of 50 cases apoplexy in-patients, to know the burdens of these caretakers and to approach some main factors affecting their burdens. Results showed that among caretakers of apoplexy in-patients, 60% were their spouse. And they were older and with lower standard of education. Suggested that spouse of these patients have increased physical, psychological, and social burdens. Meanwhile, in tase of hiring labor as caretaker, they got much less physical and psychological pressure than that of family members got. But, there was no difference in terms of social burdens. Suggested that nurses give some assistance and instruction to main caretakers. So it can mitigate the pressure that family member had. Thus main caretaker can bear the responsibility of care taking.
