摘要 单独给小鼠(x=10)氯化汞(25μmol/kg·d),投药3天全部死亡,但预先投以醋酸锌(1μmol/kg·d×4)后再给同剂量氯化汞,6天内10只小鼠全部存活,提示锌对汞毒性有明显的抑制作用。锌汞组肝中汞含量比汞组明显减少,而肾中汞含量则明显增加,脑及血液中汞含量两组无明显差异,肝、肾、脑及血液中锌含量两组均无明显差异。组织学观察汞组肾小管上皮细胞坏死并伴有管型,肝细胞出现浊肿、水样变,锌汞组肝、肾病变较轻微。 This paper studied the zinc inhibition in the toxic action of mercury,quantity of zinc and mercury in the liver,kidney,brain and blood and histological changes in the liver and kidney.The results showed that the mice died in three days after giving mercury choride(25μmol/kg/d×4),and the mice were alive in six days by giving zinc actate(1μmol/kg/d×4)in advance.It is considered that zinc possesses obvious inhibition in the toxic action of mercury.The amount of mercury of zinc and mercury group was lower than that of mercury group in the liver and was higher in kidney.There was no difference in mercury level of brain and in zinc level of the liver,kidney,brain and blood between two groups.The epithelial cell necrosis with casts was observed in kidney and the cloudy swelling,hydropic changes were observed in the liver in mercury group,and the damage was slight in zinc and mercury group.These results showed that zinc plays an important role in the protective action upon the mercury toxicity.
