朝鲜族和汉族青少年血压偏高状况的比较研究

Comparative study on relative high status of blood pressure between teen-ages of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality

［目的］比较延边朝鲜族自治州地区朝鲜族和汉族学生的血压偏高状况．【方法】采用整群抽样 方法，选延吉市区朝鲜族和汉族学生 １６９７人作为研究对象测量了血压．［结果］朝鲜族学生舒张压均值 和血压偏高率高于汉族．［结论］应加强对朝鲜族学生血压偏高的早期预防．

OBJECTIVE To compare the relative high status of blood pressure between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in the students of Yanbian. METHODS The blood pressure of 1 697 students of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in the middle and high school of Yanji city was measured by the cluster sampling. RESULTS Mean of diastolic blood pressure and rate of relative high blood pressure were higher in Korean-Chinese than that in Han nationality. CONCLUSION It is necessary to early prevent the relative high blood pressure in the Korean-Chinese nationality.
