码资源利用率提升方案

Solution of Enhancing to the Code Resource Utilization

摘要 TD-SCDMA网络经过4期的建设后,覆盖日臻完善,TD-SCDMA用户快速发展但有相当部分的用户和业务长期驻留和承载在GSM网,导致目前GSM网络利用率持续攀升,峰值网络利用率可以达到80%,而TD-SCDMA网的码资源利用率还不到12%。详细介绍了采取功率提升,2G/3G互操作参数优化及引导用户使用TD网络等三种措施,在保障用户使用感知度和不影响网络KIP指标的基础上,有效提升TD网络码资源利用率的承载能力,达到GSM向TD-SCDMA网分流的效果。 After the 4rd TD-SCDMA network construction, the TD-SCDMA network has being covered perfectly. At present, TD- SCDMA users has exceeded 40 million with a the rapid development. But there is a considerable part of the user and the business still resident and load in GSM network, led to the utilization of current GSM network continues to rise, and the rate of the peaking network utilization can reach 80%, while the rate of T network code resource utilization less than 12%. The thesis will introduce 3 measures to improve this situation. Firstly, raising power; secondly, 2G/3G interoperability parameter optimization; Finally, Guide users to use TD-SCDMA network. To ensure that the users have good using perception and does not affect the network KIP index, and at the same time, also can enhance the TD network code resource utilization and capacity effectively. And finally it can achieve GSM-TD-SCDMA shunting effect.
