摘要
以不同葡萄砧木110R、3309C、140R、5BB、Beta为材料,研究土壤不同pH值对葡萄砧木植株内钾含量以及叶片内丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,土壤pH值对葡萄砧木中的钾含量及MDA含量有影响。土壤pH值为6时,葡萄砧木中的钾含量和积累量最高;土壤pH值为4和8时,砧木3309C的钾积累量下降最少;土壤pH值为6时,葡萄各砧木MDA含量最低,pH值为8时均为最高。
Several grape rootstocks (ll0R, 3309C, 140R, 5BB, Beta ) were used to study the effects of soil pH on the content of potassium in plant and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in leaf. The results showed that potassium (K) and MDA contents of grape rootstocks were significantly affected by soil pH. The content and accumulation of K of rootstock reached the maximum at pH 6. The K accumulation of 3309C reduced least at pH 4 and pH 8. The MDA contents of rootstocks were the lowest at soil pH 6 and the highest at pH 8.
