流行性腮腺炎合并急性胰腺炎血清细胞因子的变化特征

Dynamic changes of serum cytokine levels in mumps patients complicated with acute pancreatitis

目的观察流行性腮腺炎合并急性胰腺炎的血清细胞因子水平动态变化。方法入选2012年1月～2013年5月住院治疗的流行性腮腺炎合并急性胰腺炎患者30例,无主要并发症的单纯性流行性腮腺炎30例作对照,检测发病1～3d,第7d,第14d血清白介素2(IL-2)、白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)、干扰素γ(INF-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果合并胰腺炎组患者病程第1～3d血清IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α(6.9±3.5 pg/ml、56.9±37.6pg/ml、41.3±30.1ng/ml)高于单纯腮腺炎组(3.2±1.5 pg/ml、33.2±16.2pg/ml、42.2±23.7ng/ml,P<0.05);病程第7d血清IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α(11.5±3.2 pg/ml、55.1±38.5 pg/ml、41.3±30.1 ng/ml)也高于单纯腮腺炎组(3.2±1.5 pg/ml、23.5±24.3pg/ml、28.3±22.6ng/ml,P<0.05)。结论腮腺炎感染后血清长时间维持高水平的IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α可能促进了急性胰腺炎的发生发展。

Abstract：Objectivo To investigate the dynamic changes of serum cytokine levels in mumps patients complicated with acute panereatitis. Mettods Totally 30 with mumps patients complicated with acute panereatitis were enrolled from Jan, 2012 to May 2013 and the 30 mumps patients without major complications as controls. IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,INF- 7 and TNF- t levels in serum were tested in all patients. Results The levels of 1L--6, IL-8 and TNF- et of patients with mumps and acute panereatitis. （6.9 ± 3.5pg/ml,55.1 ：t： 38.5pg/m1 and 41.3 ± 30.1ng/ml） were higher than that of patients with mumps only （4.0 ± 1.3pg/ml,33.2 ±16.2pg/mland 32.5± 21.1ng/ml,P〈0.05）druing the 1-3 day. The levels of IL--6, IL-8 and ＇INF--et of patients with mumps and acute panereatitis.（ 11.5 ± 3.2pg/ml,55.1 ±38.5pg/ml,41.3 ± 30.1ng/ml） were also higher than that of patients with mumps only（3.2 ±1.5pg/ml,23.5 ± 24.3pg/ml,28.3 ± 22.6ng/ml,P〈0.05 ,P〈0.05）7 days after sick. Conclusions The raised and persistent serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a levels may be involved in the occurrence and progress of acute panereatitis.
