超声诊断在急性胆囊炎检查中的应用价值

THE PRACTICAL VALUE OF ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS ON ACUTE CHOLECYSTITTIS

目的 探讨超声显像技术在诊断急性胆囊炎中的应用价值。方法 对 1998年 4月至 2 0 0 0年 4月经手术证实的 2 38例患者作回顾性分析。结果 2 38例该症患者均被超声检出 ,其中结石引起者 193例 ,非结石性因素 45例。结论 超声显像对急性胆囊炎的诊断符合率极高 ,常可同时在胆囊内发现结石 ,但对非结石性急性胆囊炎也应引起重视 。

Objective To study the practical value of ultrasonic diagnosis on acute cholecystitis Methods 238 cases verified by surgical operation from Apr.1998 to Apr 2000 were retrospectively analyzed.Result 238 cases were found abnormality by B ultrasonog raphy.Among 193 cases were caused by cholelith,45 cases were caused by acalculus.Conclusions the correct diagnosis rate on acute cholecystitis is very high.Most of them were simultaneously found with stones in gallbladder,But acalculous cholelystitis should be paid more attention.The main cause may be ischemic gallbladder. \ \
