磁处理水与藻酸双脂钠对高脂血症大鼠的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨磁处理水 (简称磁水 )与藻酸双脂钠 (PSS)治疗高脂血症 (HLP)是否有协同效应 ,为治疗高脂血症提供新途径。方法 采用高胆固醇饲料饲养大鼠 ,造成HLP模型。用酶法测量大鼠血清胆固醇 (TC) ,甘油三酯 (TG) ,高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (HDL -C) ,低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇(LDL -C)并对大鼠血液流变学指标进行检测。结果 磁水组和PSS组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL -C、全血低切 (2 0s-1)与高切 (80s-1)比粘度 ηb,全血还原粘度 ηr 都显著降低 (与高脂对照组比较P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。此外 ,PSS还具有增高HDL -C及HDL -C/TC ,降低血浆比粘度的作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而磁水虽有此作用 ,但无统计学意义。磁水 +PSS组与磁水组和PSS组比较血清TC、TG、ηb、显著降低(P <0 .0 5 ) ,此外 ,HDL -C、HDL -C/TC显著升高 ,ηr 显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ,与磁水组比较 )。结论 磁水和PSS对HLP有治疗和预防作用 ,且二者具有协同效应。 Objective This Paper was to study whether the magnetic field treated water and alginic sodium diester(PSS,polysaccharide sulfate) have a cooperative effect for the hyperlipemia rats,so as to seek a new method to hyperlipemia.Methods First,these rats were fed by the food with rich fat to make the model of hyperlipemia rats.Then,the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and hemorrheology were detected.Results The TC,TG,LDL-C,whole blood low-shear viscosity and high-shear viscosity ratio,whole blood reduction viscosity in magnetic field treated water and PSS group were significantly lower than those of hyperlipemia contrast group (P<0.05~0.01).Moreover,the effect of magnetic field combined with PSS was better than that of single magnetic field or PSS group in the HDL-C,HDL-C/TC ratio.Conclusion It suggests that the magnetic field treated water plus PSS have a cooperative effect for the prophylaxis and treatment of hyperlipemia.
