摘要
选用 2 4只 7日龄的杂交雏鹅 (川白×太湖 ) ,随机分成试验和对照两组 ,笼养 ,随意采食和饮水。饲以大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验组添加 0 1 %的Biokyowa商品粗酶制剂。至 6 0日龄时采取血液样品 ,分离血浆 ,用于分析测定。结果表明 ,酶制剂使血浆中尿酸水平显著下降 ,较对照低 5 7 5 0 % (P <0 0 1 ) ,而谷丙转氨酶却较对照高 4 46倍 (P <0 0 1 )。血糖和胰岛素水平分别比对照高1 2 30 % (P <0 0 5 )和 36 75 % (P <0 0 1 ) ;而胰高血糖素的水平较对照低2 3 1 1 % (P <0 0 5 )。添加酶制剂使尿酸水平下降和谷丙转氨酸活性提高 ,导致机体的蛋白质分解减少 ,合成代谢加强 ;同时血糖含量及胰岛素与胰高血糖素的比值升高 ,显示机体的消化吸收改善和合成代谢加强。结果提示 ,添加粗酶制剂不仅能改善生长鹅对大麦日粮的消化 ,而且还影响机体的代谢和激素水平 ,从而提高鹅对饲料的转化效率 。
Twenty four seven day old gosling were used in this study to evaluate the effect of curd enzyme preparation supplemented to barley on the growth and some hormones and biochemical parameters.The birds were divided randomly into control and treatment groups.The diet contained 45% barley and was added 0 1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation for treatment group in experimental phase(Day 7 60).The blood samples were collected via the wing vein and plasma hormone contents were measured by radioimmunoasssay.The results were as follows:(i) compared with control,blood sugar and insulin contents were elevated by 12 30%(P<0 05)and 36 75%(P<0 01),respectively,while glucagon was reduced by 23 11%(P<0 01);(ii) ratios of insulin/glucagon was increased,(iii)the activity of GPT was 4 46 fold increase(P<0 01)and uric acid content was reduced by 57 50%(P<0 01).These results showed that barley based diet added enzyme preparation could improve the carbohydrate metabolism by influencing the insulin and glucagon levels,and also enhanced protein synthetic metabolism by influencing GPT activity and uric acid content in plasma of gosling.
