实现四川省委、省府制定的 2 0 1 0年远景目标纲要中的农业目标有赖于四川农业科技队伍充分发挥作用 ,有赖于他们利用高新技术创造更多更大的经济和社会效益。本研究从大量的文献和实际调研中 ,归纳和总结出了四川农业科技队伍存在的局限性和薄弱环节 ,探讨和分析了相应的原因及症结所在。本文立足于现实和发展需要提出了建设二十一世纪四川农业科技队伍的目标构想及其对策 ,为四川省委。

It was essential to bring initiative of qualified scientists and technicians of Sichuan agriculture into full play to create great economic and social benefits using high grade technology and to fully realize the Agricultural Target of 2010 Future Target Programmer set by Sichuan government In this study, we consistently insisted on the principles of integrating theory with practice, research with use for reference, and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis The limitation and weakness existing in qualified scientists and technicians of Sichuan agriculture were reviewed from the amount of references and practical research, and the main reasons and key problems were discussed and analyzed According to the reality and development demand, the target plan and countermeasures to construct qualified scientists and technicians of Sichuan agriculture for 21st century were proposed in order to provide decision making reference for the strategies of extraordinary and spanning development set by Sichuan provincial government
