解毒菌株W-1对油菜菌核病的防病作用及初步鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 W - 1是该研究室分离的 1株解毒菌。油菜离体叶片W - 1喷雾处理后 ,点接菌核病菌 ,3天后观察叶片发病情形。结果表明W - 1对油菜菌核病具有明显的防病作用。在苔期和盛花期各喷 1次W - 1,对油菜菌核病具有 6 8.8%的防治效果。通过形态观察、生理生化试验和细胞壁化学成份分析 ,W - 1初步鉴定为乳酷杆菌属 (Caseobactersp.)。W - 1对油菜菌核病的防治具有诱人的开发前景。 W-1,a bacterium with detoxification activity,was isolated in the Key Laboratory of Monitoring and Management of Plant Diseases and Insects in Nanjing.In the present experiment,rape leaves were sprayed with W-1,and then inoculated with Sclerotonia sclerotonium. Observation made of disease incidence three days later showed marked control effect of W-1 against the pathogen.In the field,W-1,when applied twice,had a control effect of 68.8%.Through morphological observation,physiological test and chemical analysis of its cell wall,W-1 was identified as Caseobactor sp.It is presumed that W-1 has a promising potential to be used in rape production against S.sclerotonum.
