摘要
研究了产于我国的 4个种 ,杜鹃 (映山红 )R .simisiiPlanch、迷人杜鹃 (水红杜鹃 )R .agastumBalfFetS .S .Smy、露珠杜鹃R .irroratumFranch.及马缨杜鹃R .delavayiFranch .用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察研究其花粉形态大小、外壁纹饰、孔沟形态等性状 ,看出它们之间的密切关系和具体的个体特点 。
The pollen of 4 Rhododendron species ( R.simsii Planch, R.agastum Balf fet w.w.sm, R.irroratum Franch and R.delayvayi Franch) was examined under light and scnning electron microscopes in order to investigate the genetic relationship between them.The pollen grains were treated with acetolysis and their size and pollen wall thickness were measured.The results supported the assumption that the species studied are affined species.
