莱州姜瘟病的病原鉴定和防治技术研究

从莱州市姜瘟病病株上分离出病原细菌 ,经形态性状观察 ,生理生化性状测定鉴定为Ralstoniasolanacearum。通过室内毒力测定选出毒力较强的药剂 ,进行田间药剂筛选试验表明 ,常规药剂防治难以控制其为害 ,而采用氯化苦熏蒸土壤和消菌灵浸种相结合的方案效果为佳。

since 1993,whole wilting plants and rotten ground stem of ginger were observed in Laizhou,and the disease spreads rapidly .The pathogens were identified as Pseudomonas solanacearum.The common methods can't control the occurrence of the desease.Soil desposal by chloropirin was the key measure. Soaking the ginger in chlorobromoisocyanuric acid water was necessary.
