苦瓜蛋白构成及其对种子萌发和菌类抑制作用的研究

Study on Protein and Inhibition from Seed Germinating and Bacterioid in Momordia charantia

凝胶电泳分析表明 ,苦瓜种子含有多种蛋白组分 ,其中 57KD和 4 9KD蛋白由多个或多种亚基以二硫键结合形成。苦瓜蛋白显著抑制真菌和细菌的生长 。

Momordica charantia Proteins were analyzed Via SDS-PAGE. The result showed that Momordica chrantia proteins contained many protein subunits. 49KD and 57KD subunits were combined to form large molecular globulin through disulfide bond. The result also showed that momordica charantia proteins had strongly suppressive effects to Eubacteria/bacteria growth respectively, and had also inhibition to germination of crop seeds.
