浅论兰州市居家养老服务体系的构建

On the Construction of the System of Home-based Care for the Aged in Lanzhou City

养老已成为我国面临的现实问题,各地区和国家都在积极探索符合当地发展特色的养老体系。本文以居家养老的方式为出发,从健全养老服务的制度体系、积极宣传、培训养老服务人员、推进社会力量的参与、建立老年服务产业体系、完善"虚拟养老院"模式等六个方面试图构建兰州市居家养老的服务体系,以期对兰州市养老发展提供有益探索。

Caring for the aged is becoming an important issue in China in recent years. Many regions and nations are actively searching a system of elderly care service, which corresponds to the local development characteristics. Based on the means of home-based care for the aged, the thesis attempts to construct the system of home-based care for the aged in Lanzhou City from six aspects： the institutional system of perfecting elderly care service system; active advertisement; training some service staff for elderly care service; promoting the participation of social force; establishing the industry system of elderly care service; completing the model of ＂virtual nursing home＂. These aspects are expected to be significant for the development of elderly care service in Lanzhou City.
