摘要
利用 4种微卫星DNA标记对南阳牛、延边牛、韩牛、西门塔尔牛、皮埃蒙特牛×南阳牛杂种 5个品种 /群体的等位基因频率、杂合度、有效等位基因数、遗传距离等进行了遗传检测 ,在此基础上又进行了聚类分析。从分子水平上揭示了中国牛与外国牛。
Genetic structure including gene frequency, heterozygosity (H), polymorphism information contents (PIC), numbers of effective alleles (Ne) and genetic distances were studied in five cattle breeds, namely Nanyang, Yanbian, Hanwoo, Simmental and Piemontese × Nanyang, using four microsatellite DNA markers. Cluster analysis was conducted based on microsatellite polymorphism. Genetic relationships between Chinese and foreign cattle and between Bos and common breeds were stated at molecular biotechnique level.
