摘要
采用增广NCⅡ设计 ,对玉米株高、穗位进行了遗传模型测验。结果表明 :玉米株高不符合加性—显性模型 ,存在极显著显性效应和上位性效应 ,穗位符合加性—显性模型。增效、减效等位基因频率在雌、雄间的分配 ,株高差异显著 ,但穗位无明显差异。株高的遗传为超显性遗传。穗位的遗传为部分显性 ,隐性为增效基因。
The inheritance of plant height and ear height of maize was tested by using genetic models, with augmented NCⅡ design. The results showed that the inheritance of plant height of maize was not in accordance with additive dominant genetic models and had significantly dominant and epistatic effects. He inheritance of ear height corresponded to additive dominant genetic models. For plant height there was significant difference on the distribution of frequency of additive and reducing alleles between female and male parents. But for ear height the difference was not significant. The inheritance of plant was characterized as overdominance; while that of ear height was characterized as partial dominance with recessive additive allele.
