摘要
采用传统陶瓷工艺制备MnZn铁氧体材料。对影响MnZn铁氧体材料阻抗的因素和机理分析,提出了提高阻抗的方法。即添加适量SiO2和CaCO3、CoO、V2O5等杂质,以及优化烧结工艺,通过提高铁氧体材料的Q值和电阻率,从而间接地提高阻抗。
MnZn ferrites were prepared using conventional ceramic technology. Analysis researches on the mechanism and influence factors of the impedance were studied. The experimental result show that impedance of the ferrite materials can be increased in several ways, namely by adding suitable doped such as SiQ with CaCO3, CoO, V205, and optimization of sintering process. All of these can improve Q-factor and resistivity, indirectly increase impedance of the ferrite materials
