摘要
教师发展学校,是近年来国内借鉴国际教师教育改革理论与实践的新形式,由高等院校或科研机构与中小学合作举办,旨在促进教师的专业发展的教、学、研共同体。结合教师发展学校的宏观背景和理论基础,针对我国教师发展学校出现的问题,提出一些建议和启示以促进我国教师发展学校和教师教育改革的良性发展。
In recent years, teacher development school has been a new form which the inland uses international teacher education reform theory and practice for reference. Organized by institutions of higher learning or scientific research institutions, it is cooperated with primary and secondary schools, aiming at promoting teachers' professional development of teaching, learning and research. This paper introduces the macro background and theoretical basis for teacher development school and puts forward some suggestions and enlightenment to promote teacher development schools and benign development of teacher education reform in China, aiming at problems in teacher development schools.
