摘要
在不同恒温条件下观察了南美斑潜蝇实验种群的发育、存活及繁殖情况 ,拟合了南美斑潜蝇发育速率与温度之间的关系模型 ,求出了各发育阶段的发育起点温度及有效积温 ,组建了不同温度下实验种群的特定年龄生命表及生殖力表 ,计算了种群增长参数 ,分析了种群增长参数与温度之间的数学关系。结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 2 5℃的适温范围下 ,南美斑潜蝇有着很强的种群增长能力 ,而 2 7 5℃以上的温度条件不利于种群的生存与繁衍。迄今为止 ,该害虫在中国虽为局部分布 ,但在一些气候较为温和的地区容易暴发成灾 ,这可能与其温度适应特性密切相关。
The development,survival and reproduction of the leafminer, Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard) were observed under a series of constant temperatures.Models for the relationship between temperature and the developmental rate of the leafminer were fitted.Developmental zero and effection accumulated temperature for each stage were calculated.Age specific life table and fertility tables under different temperatures were established.Population increase parameters were computed,and the relationship between these parameters and temperature were analyzed.The results showed that between the temperature range of 20?25 ℃, L.huidobrensis had a strong capability of population increase.However,when temperature rose to 27 5 ℃,the survival and the growth of the population were significantly inhibited.Up to now,this pest is partially distributed in China,but it is inclined to break out seriously in some areas with moderate climate,this may be related to its temperature adaptation.
