摘要
在小麦基础日粮中添加国产酶 (EⅠ )和进口酶 (EⅡ )两种粗酶制剂 ,研究其对肉仔鸡生产性能、血液某些代谢激素水平和新城疫抗体效价的影响。试验将 192只 7日龄AA肉仔鸡分成 6组 ,基础日粮中分别添加 0 % ,0 0 5 % ,0 1%和 0 5 %EⅠ ,0 0 5 %和 0 1%EⅡ ,试验期 42d。结果表明 ,7~ 49日龄时 ,添加 0 0 5 %~ 0 5 %EⅠ各组和添加 0 0 5 %~0 1%EⅡ各组分别使肉仔鸡增重提高 6 7%~ 9 1% (P <0 0 1)和 2 2 %~ 6 5 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,料重比分别降低 2 9%~9 9% (P <0 0 1)和 1 6 %~ 2 9% (P >0 0 5 )。 0 1%EⅠ组和 0 0 5 %EⅡ组使 2 1日龄肉仔鸡血液胰岛素样生长因子(IGF 1)水平提高 14 7%和 2 2 6 % (P <0 0 1) ,使 49日龄肉仔鸡血液T3水平提高 5 3 8% (P <0 0 5 )和 2 4 0 % ,胰岛素(Ins)水平提高 2 3 6 % (P <0 0 5 )和 15 7% ,T4含量却极显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,血清新城疫抗体效价提高 2 8 8%和7 3% (P >0 0 5 )。粗酶制剂的添加对肉仔鸡屠宰性能无明显影响。
The effects of wheat based diets supplemented with two crude enzyme preparations(native enzyme preparation,EⅠ;foreign commercial enzyme preparation,EⅡ)on growth performance,some blood metabolic hormones levels and serum antibody titres to newcastle disease virus in broiler chickens were investigated.192 seven day old AA broiler chickens were divided into six groups,wheat based diet was supplemented with 0%,0 05%,0 1% and 0 5% EⅠ,0 05% and 0 1% EⅡ for 42 days respectively.The results showed that,at 7?49 day old,groups fed with 0 05% 0 5% EⅠ supplement diets and groups fed with 0 05%?0 1% EⅡ increased body weight gain 6 7%?9 1%( P <0 01)and 2 2%?6 5%( P <0 05),respectively,reduced feed gain ratio 2 9%?9 9%( P <0 01)and 1 6%?2 9%( P >0 05),respectively.Experiments on 21 day old broilers showed that the blood level of insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1)of the group fed with 0 1% EⅠ and with 0 05% EⅡ supplement diet was 14 7% and 22 6%( P <0 01)higher than the group with wheat based control diet.Experiments on 49 day old broilers indicated that the blood level of T3 of the group fed with 0 1% EⅠ and with 0 05% EⅡ supplement diet was 53 8%( P <0 05)and 24 0% higher than the group with wheat based control diet,the level of insulin was 23 6%( P <0 05)and 15 7% higher,but the concentration of T4 decreased significantly( P <0 01),serum antibody titres to NDV increased 28 8% and 7 3%( P >0 05).However,no significantly difference in carcass characteristics between treatment groups and control group were observed.
