摘要
玻璃药膜法、点滴法对虫螨磷与防虫磷毒力比较结果表明 ,虫螨磷对谷蠹、玉米象、杂拟谷盗和嗜卷书虱 4种主要储粮害虫的毒力比防虫磷大 1 .7~ 3.5倍。室内模拟药效试验结果表明 ,5ppm的虫螨磷与 2 0 ppm的防虫磷的效果基本相同 ,而使用剂量降低 3/4。生产试验结果表明 ,用 8ppm剂量的虫螨磷 ,无论以粉剂载体拌粮、全区喷洒拌粮 ,还是表层 30cm粉剂拌粮和喷哂拌粮 ,均取得 1 0个月无虫害发生的良好防虫效果。本试验以每隔一定时间向防护剂处理的粮食内投放试虫的方法评价防护剂的残效期。试验结果表明 ,以 8ppm剂量的虫螨磷处理的小麦对玉米象和谷蠹成虫的防治有效期基本相同 ,至少为 1 1个月 ;在 5ppm剂量下 ,对玉米象和谷蠹两种害虫防治效果不同 ,防治玉米象效果较好 ,对谷蠹较差。试验结果还表明 ,虫螨磷使用剂量小 ,残留少 ,对粮食污染小 。
By the both assays of the film to spread protectant on the surface of glass dishes and the dribbles to drop protectant on the body surface of adult insects, the toxicity between pirimiphos methyl and malathion to stored grain insects was compared in laboratory.The results indicated that toxicity of the former was higher 1.7-3.5 times than the latter to the adults of Rhizopertha dominica,Sitopilus zeamais ,Tribolium confusum and Liposcelis bostrychophila. In the test of simulant practice the result indicated that the dosage of 5 ppm pirimiphose methy1 got the effect against insects same as that of 20 ppm malathion.The result of the field test showed that dose of 8 ppm pirimiphose methyl treating wheat mass can effectively prevent insect from infesting grain for 11 months.It is good prospect for application of pirimiphose methly in grain because it is low dose of application and low residue.
